Annemarie Roberts
I love what I do, and I love working with people, especially if we can look back on a successful project or assignment. I call myself a fractional executive. What is this you may ask? It is a flexible career choice I made to help me find that work life balance, ensure I work with people and housing providers that share my values, and applying my versatile experience and skills I have built up over the past 18 years. In 2024 I took a leap of faith to create Iki’Den, my own consultancy business – and never looked back.
Today I have many beautiful wrinkles to show for every year I have spent in social housing. The past 10 years I have been privileged to work as an executive director and interim CEO in G15 housing associations, community housing associations and the G320.
At executive level I have lead customer experience, housing management, asset and property management, repairs and maintenance and transformation. I have also led central services such as communications, governance and HR.

Services
Because of my versatile experience at the executive level, I can provide interim executive leadership or cover for social housing providers, in an agile manner. This can be flexed to work with your needs and budget. Short sharp bursts or more in depth pieces of work.
I also provide consultancy services in the form of strategy, independent reviews, and implementation of recommendations. My past projects include everything from customer experience and engagement to complaint handling, consumer standards, and governance work.
